How to apply for FCCCM ?
The candidates who fulfill the eligibility criteria should approach the accredited institute/hospital on their own (see list of recognized Institutes). The list of such institutes/hospitals can be found on this website. Once selected at a recognized institute they should proceed with registration for the examination.
- Selection and Registration of the Trainee-Fellow: he candidates will be selected by individual institute provided they fulfill the eligibility requirements mentioned. The name of all such selected candidates will be forwarded to the Chairman, College of Critical Care Medicine in prescribed registration form download section on this website. Application is sent to the College, through the institute, along with the candidates’ fees / photos etc mentioned in the application form latest by dates specified. (see Calendar of College of Critical Care Medicine for details).
- Examination registration form must be submitted by post to the College along with the photos and examination fee as determined by the College of Critical Care Medicine by DD/ multicity cheque or NEFT. See the latest Examination application form for details of payment (downloadable from the download section on this website). This fee is non-refundable even if candidate does not appear for the examination for whatever reason.
- Membership form and fee for membership: This is one time payment only during registration for part 1 examination. Membership is preferably completed online at www.icueducation.com.
- Candidates seeking exemption must start correspondence well in advance as it normally takes 2 months to process exemption. Please see eligibility criteria before applying for exemption.
